System Administrator
Keep Litegic's dashboards, internal tools, and fulfillment infrastructure running smoothly for the team and our growing contractor network. Hands-on, full-stack-of-responsibility role.
About the role
Our Supply Specialists rely on internal dashboards to know what to pack, when, and how. The Operations team relies on internal tools to assign inventory, track flows, and reconcile carrier data. You'll be responsible for keeping all of that healthy: uptime, access, integrations, security hygiene, and tier-2 troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Own administration of our SaaS stack (WordPress, Google Workspace, internal dashboards, carrier integrations).
- Set up and offboard accounts for new Specialists and team members; manage permissions cleanly.
- Monitor uptime and basic security hygiene — backups, MFA enforcement, suspicious-login response.
- Handle integrations between our order intake systems and the Specialist dashboard (REST/webhooks).
- Be tier-2 support for technical issues that contractors can't resolve themselves.
- Document everything. Future-us will thank present-us.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in sysadmin / IT / DevOps roles, ideally in a small-team environment
- Comfortable with web stacks (PHP/WordPress, MySQL, basic Linux server admin)
- Familiar with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean)
- Good security instincts — knows what "least privilege" actually means in practice
- Strong written communication; comfortable explaining technical things to non-technical teammates
- US-based, able to work core hours overlapping with PST
