The short version.
Our founder, Robert Park, spent 15 years inside enterprise supply chains — most recently at FedEx. He kept watching the same thing happen: small sellers with great products would hit a wall the moment fulfillment became a real cost line.
The traditional 3PLs wouldn't take them seriously below a certain volume. Amazon's FBA was eating their margins. And going it alone meant the founder was still personally packing boxes at 11pm instead of growing their business.
Litegic was built to fit between those options. Sellers come first
Every internal decision starts with the same question: does this make life easier for the small seller, or harder? If "harder", we don't ship it.
Hands on, not algorithms
We use software where it makes sense. But every package is touched, inspected, and tracked by a real person — because that's what actually catches problems.
Transparent by default
We publish our pricing, our pay, our policies, and the names of the people who run the company. If we can't say it openly, we shouldn't be doing it.
